Rachel Allen, M.S., BCBA
Rachel graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in education. During her undergrad experience she worked with the ClemsonLIFE program and during summers and shortly after graduating, she volunteered abroad in at several special needs schools assisting with teaching in the classroom and training teachers.
After returning to her hometown of Raleigh, NC in 2017 to work as a community living support (CLS) with the Autism Society, Rachel then moved to Columbia in 2018 to work as an RBT at The Unumb Center. She pursued her masters in ABA through Ball State University and completed her experience hours at the Unumb Center. After becoming a BCBA, Rachel transitioned to the Social Skills coordinator and program manager role. Rachel is passionate about working with children, teens and adults on the autism spectrum to develop the necessary skills to be able to go out in the community and reach their full potential.
